New Concept Realty Incorporated was established by my father, John Wesley Willingham in 1980. Our company has under gone many changes through the years. When I joined the team , we fine tuned our logo and goals for our company. Now we are moving forward carving out our place in the community as industry leaders on the cutting edge of service, technology and innovation.

The real estate industry is a challenging venue. I have the wonderful opportunity to work closely with my father in a business he built for the family from the ground up.

As a result of the continued pursuit of higher learning I have directly participated, through listing and or selling everything from houses, to multi unit properties, mobile home parks, to mini storages and business opportunities. I have achieved my real estate education goals early. I have earned the prestigious real estate designation of GRI, Graduate of the REALTORS® Institute. I intend to move forward with continuing education which will enable me to reach a position of financial security. We all look forward to financial independence and real estate is an excellent tool. I look forward to helping others as we all move forward to our personal, financial and investment goals.
